- Limitation of liability
Neither we nor our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall be liable for any damages arising from any legal claim (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) related to the Services and Content. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific training course.
- Governing law
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law revisions.
