This policy outlines the refund terms for all training offerings at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (GTB, Firm, we, us, our), including Skill-Based Courses and the ACCA Qualification Programme. Participants are requested to read the policy carefully before enrollment. All Programmes offered by the Firm are classified as professional education and training services, which are non-transferable and have defined commencement and completion timelines. Services include but are not limited to:
- Instructor-led sessions (online or in-person)
- Digital access to learning material
- Assessments and certifications
- Access to proprietary content and tools
- A 50% refund of the course fee after deduction of administrative charges will be issued for cancellation requests received within five (5) working days from the date of enrolment.
- All requests must be made via official email.
- Access to live or recorded training sessions, LMS, study material, or e-learning content will be treated as availed services and no refunds will be eligible in such scenarios for the entire package.
- Refund eligibility:
- Refunds of 50% amount of the course fee after deduction of administrative charges will be issued if requested within 5 working days of enrolment, provided no subject has been accessed. Cancellations made post 5 days of enrolment, or no-shows on the training day or once the training programme commences or even in partial attendance or quitting the training in between, will result in no refund.
- Access to even one subject (live or recorded) will deem the package partially availed, rendering the entire package as non-refundable.
- No partial refunds:
- This is a non-divisible bundled programme. Participants cannot claim a refund for unused subjects once any subject has been accessed.
- Prorated or subject-wise refunds are not applicable.
- Acknowledgement:
- By checking this box or proceeding with the course enrolment, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety and acknowledge that unused subjects in packages are non-refundable.
- All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted via email only sent to the email id [support@learningt.com].
- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting a 20% administrative fee, within 15 working days of approval, via the original mode of payment.
- We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice. The updated version applicable as on date of the refund sought will apply going forward.
- In lieu of cancellation, GTB in its discretion without any obligation may allow, one-time rescheduling to a future batch of the same training programme (subject to availability).
Non-refundable charges
The following components of the fee are non-refundable under all circumstances:- Registration/Processing fees (clearly mentioned at the time of enrolment)
- GST and other statutory levies (as remitted to authorities)
- Cost of digital licenses, subscriptions, proprietary training materials and books cost.
- In cases where the user has applied for a course loan and the loan has been approved and disbursed, the student is required to foreclose the loan with the loan provider and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to GTB. Upon receipt of the NOC, GTB will initiate the refund of the actual loan amount to the user's account after deducting a 20% administrative fee, within 15 working days as eligible and applicable.
- In the event that GTB is unable to commence a course batch as initially communicated and promised to the student at the time of enrolment—due to unforeseen operational, logistical, or academic reasons—the institute shall offer a 100% refund of the course fee paid, without any deductions. This refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of written confirmation to the student regarding the non-commencement of the batch.
- This clause does not apply to delays in batch commencement; it is applicable only in cases where the batch is cancelled or not initiated at all.
Dispute resolution
- Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Parties shall attempt amicable resolution.
- For unresolve disputes the Courts at New Delhi, India, only shall have exclusive jurisdiction and these terms will be governed by India laws.
